Formed in 2009 by Chris and Peter, Worthington Rusling is one of Sussex and Surreys most highly rated Chartered Surveyors
Between them Peter and Chris have over 50 years of surveying experience in Sussex and Surrey and are supported by their administrative team Alison Carter and Emma Bartlett.
Chris qualified as a general practice chartered surveyor in 1987 having previously obtained a degree in agricultural economics at Reading University.
Throughout the early part of his career Chris set out to gain as wide a range of experience as possible working variously in private practice and for the CEGB, getting involved in a wide range of residential and commercial general practice work, mainly in Surrey and South West London.
Peter started his career in surveying in 1986 with Derek A Thurlow and Partners in Haywards Heath. He remained at this practice for six years, at the end of which he had gained an Honours degree in Building Surveying.
He moved to M R Wimshurst and Co in East Grinstead in 1992 where he gained a wealth of experience in general Building Surveying and valuations and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1994.
In 1996 Peter joined Countrywide Surveyors in Guildford before joining Ashdown Lyons in Horsham in 2001 with the office later relocating to Hove. He worked for both companies carrying out valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys on a wide variety of properties throughout Sussex and Surrey.
